THE PRAYER FOR TODAY O God whose Son has shown the way of the cross to be the way of life:

transform and renew our minds that we may not be conformed to this world but may offer ourselves wholly to

you as a living sacrifice through Jesus Christ our Saviour; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God now for ever. Amen

We pray for those in need especially Anne, Betty and Walter, Janet and Peter, Anna, Joy, Ben Ashby, Ros,

Ron, Eric, Dianne, Janet S, Iris F, Murray & Ben and one year olds Blake and Tallan. We give thanks for the life

of Chris Fraser.

PICNIC IN CHURCH today at 11.45am

Bring a picnic rug and a plate to share for lunch and watch Joseph King of Dreams. This DVD is an animated

version of the Joseph story, which we are reading on Sundays at the moment. Lunch will be from 11.45am

followed by the movie. (The movie runs for a little more than an hour) ALL WELCOME

THE MAGDALENE CENTRE is in desperate need of blankets, sleeping bags, doonas, etc, to provide some

winter warmth to those sleeping rough this winter. Kate and Allan would be happy to pick up any

donations that you are unable to deliver to the church yourself.
