Sidespeople
Thank you to the sidespeople who attended the meeting on 22 August. If you were unable to attend the meeting or attended, please take a copy of the Minutes from the table in the church foyer.
Laminated copies of the guidelines for sidespeople are now available in the office - please take a minute or two to read through. The main items to note are -
• care in opening the WFO envelopes so the amount and ID number are not destroyed
• correct amount is written on WFO envelopes
• all WFO envelopes to placed in an envelope, marked with the date and time of service and placed in the large envelope in the top drawer of the filing cabinet ready for collection by Min (Recorder). Please do not drop the envelopes into the drawer.
• place all other envelopes (ABM, Christmas Bowl etc) with the collection as a receipt may be required
• do not throw any envelopes out
Sidespeople are a vital link in the accurate recording of Planned Giving monies and your ongoing assistance is very much appreciated. Thanks for all your help. John Forster (Sidespeople Co-Coordinator) will be supplying an updated Roster shortly. Yvonne Caddy

Sunday School News
We are planning a special session for children today when a treasure hunt will be all the go. Hopefully the weather will be kind. In the light of numbers increasing, we now have a second group formed from 29th August, so that older children can have a group for themselves. Also Robyn asks parents – if they are happy about it – to let her know birthdays for Sunday School children, please.

Items for the Newsletter need to be sent to Fr. Ron at 8298 7160 or ronpkeynes@internode.on.net or
60a Davenport Terrace, Seacliff Park SA 5049 by Tuesday nights, please
